After 10 weeks and 2 shops trying to figure out a problem and what to do Alpha & Omega took the job. In 48 hours we had the vehicle back with a transmission at reasonable cost and also fixed a problem with overheating. Something others overlooked fixed the problem. Very nice people and knowledgable. They also did a oil change and tire rotation and quoted price on tires for my son.

I've been going to these guys for years now and can honestly say I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If you struggle financially, they will work with you in payments. Whenever I go up there they know my mother and I by name and always make me feel as though they actually care about my car and what's going on with me. I would drive many miles out to have them work on my car, no questions asked.

I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to auto repair shops, but these guys have made a customer out of me. They communicated very well and let me know ahead of time what they were fixing and what the exact prices would be. After they started working on my problem, they realized my previous mechanic had made an error and I told them I wanted to hold the previous mechanic responsible for fixing it. Instead of charging me for what they had already done, they undid their work free of charge. In my opinion, you don't get any better service than that. Speaking with them, they're just honest, hard-working guys - very trustworthy.

Even on my way out, a customer sitting in the waiting room told me how great they were and said they had been going there for years. I'm not used to such satisfaction when it comes to auto repair shops, so I'm really glad I found this place.
