Just got new tires and replacement brake pads. The price I paid was the price Jim quoted on the phone (I had called ahead about the tires I wanted). My car drives so smoothly now. Very happy with the thorough work done today (it took longer than the time estimate provided but I would much rather have work done methodically and correctly than quickly and haphazardly). Highly recommend this shop.

Believe it when I say hey actually want to fix your car without the cheap up-selling that happens at so many other shops when they have the car on the lift.

Mike is the most undersanding and reasonable store managers I have ever meet... There is no car problem he can't solve.. I love when he call and make sure your car is still runnimg good days after they have fixed the car. Best prices in East Cobb....I love them.

I am writing this letter to sing the praises of the service and quality of service I received at Alpha-Omega! I have an Audi TT (which is not an easy car to work on) and although hesitant I went to a local shop in Austell who installed aftermarket headlights on my vehicle improperly. I was very upset and went online searching for somewhere that could take my car in the same day which was a Saturday. Most places I searched and found that seemed reputable were CLOSED ON WEEKENDS! I kept searching and found Alpha-Omega, I called the Canton office and spoke to Del, a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who assured me on the phone they could help me :), once I was in the hands of Del, Jeremy and his colleague James they were able to locate the problem and fix it! They were all friendly, professional and best of all CAPABLE. I will be referring friends, family and coworkers to them. I also felt the price was very fair. Thanks again guys.

You could shop all over town to see who is offering the latest deal on auto repair, but you would'nt save a dime when it's all said and done. In the years that we have been bringing our cars to Alpha Omega, you have been fair in your pricing and you have never tried to "sell" more repair than we needed. Thank you, you guys are the greatest!

Went in there to today expecting to replace my brakes and an oil change.. instead of fooling me into thinking I need new brakes they saved me money and told me there is no need. They were very helpful and consulted with me several times before checking my car for other things I pointed out. I recently moved to Marietta and am glad to announce I found a new place to take my car to. Above all, supporting a Christian business is always a plus.

Came in with an engine smoking and horrible transmission problems. Came out with everything fixed the same day. Unlike most shops that would've told me to spend tons on a new transmission to make some profit, he gave it to me straight and I ended up only needing to deal with fluid/gasket fixes. I will be returning here for now on.
